Terms of Service

The agreement, plainly.

Effective: 10 May 2026

The short version

This site is a waitlist. By signing up, you're asking to be told when Hailsi launches. Don't abuse the form, don't try to break the site, and you're set.

What this is

Hailsi is in private development. Today, hailsi.com is a pre-launch waitlist — nothing more. By submitting your email through the form, you're asking us to notify you when v1 ships. That's the entirety of the service we offer right now.

When v1 actually ships, we'll publish updated terms covering the product itself.

Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site. We can't make you, but we'd appreciate it.

Reasonable use

Don't:

If you do, we may block you and (in severe cases) report to the relevant authorities.

Intellectual property

The Hailsi name, logo, copy, and design are ours. The product description, marketing language, and visual style on this site are protected by copyright and (where applicable) trademark. You're welcome to share a link to hailsi.com or quote brief excerpts in commentary; you're not welcome to clone or rebrand the site.

Service availability & expectations

We provide the site "as is." We make no guarantees about:

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hailsi (and its developer, Ryan Brooks) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or its eventual services. If something we make causes you a problem, the maximum we owe you is limited to what you paid us — which, at this stage, is nothing.

Termination

We can stop offering this service at any time, for any reason. If we decide to wind it down, we'll notify subscribers via email with reasonable notice and offer a way to export anything we hold on you (which, again, is just your email).

You can terminate at any time by unsubscribing or asking us to delete your data — see the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms in any meaningful way, we'll notify subscribers via email and update the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in the United States.
